I’m Randy Nobiensky, the owner of RH Builders, and my journey into the world of construction began long before I ever picked up a hammer. Growing up, I was always outdoors, gathering discarded items and transforming them into something unique. My creative and curious mind led me to explore various trades during my high school summers, working alongside drywall crews, tile and flooring companies, and eventually running a residential framing company. Each experience deepened my appreciation for the craftsmanship that goes into building a home.
It was during my time in finish carpentry that I realized my true calling: to become a builder. I wanted to bring together all the talented tradespeople and suppliers I had encountered and create exceptional custom homes that reflected the unique needs and dreams of the families I built for. This passion for quality and craftsmanship is what drives me every day at RH Builders.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of completing 20 custom home projects in Southern Colorado, each one a testament to our commitment to quality, integrity, and communication. We pride ourselves on our meticulous quality performance checklists, daily project management on-site, and weekly meetings with clients to ensure transparency and collaboration throughout the building process. When I’m not building homes, I cherish time with my wife Heather and our two kids, Greg and Morgan, as well as our grandchildren, Hailey Jo and Mason Lee. I enjoy bow hunting, fishing, golfing, woodworking, and capturing the beauty of architecture through photography.
